Time Card Calculator
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Time Card Calculator is a local-first app for tracking work hours, overtime, and estimated pay, published by Mentalist Apps.
Data stored on your device
Shift dates and times, breaks, notes, clock-in status, pay-period settings, overtime rules, your hourly rate, and the optional name and employer you enter for time cards are stored locally on your iPhone. No account or developer-managed backend is required.
Exports and sharing
When you export a PDF time card or a CSV file, the file is created on your device and iOS passes it to the destination you choose. The developer does not receive exported files through the app.
Advertising and privacy choices
Time Card Calculator displays banner advertising using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. The Google User Messaging Platform manages consent and privacy choices where required. Depending on your choices, region, device settings, and applicable law, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address or approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and advertising performance information to provide, measure, and protect advertising.
Google handles this information under its own policies and terms. Review Google’s Privacy Policy. You can revisit available ad privacy choices from Time Card Calculator Settings when that option is available.
What the developer does not operate
Mentalist Apps does not require an account, does not operate a server for your time card data, and does not send your shifts, pay information, notes, or exported files to a developer-managed service. The current release does not include developer-managed analytics or crash reporting.
Deletion
Delete individual shifts, or use Delete all shifts in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device. Files you shared to another destination are governed by that destination’s retention policy. Data processed by Google for advertising is subject to Google’s retention and deletion practices.
